Each request that you would have gets logged in the system and your relationship manager will update the requests within a period of 8 hours. Our USA and UK help Line numbers are available for you to call and connect with your relationship manager as and when you need them to be available for you.

All support requests which are lodged by you have the option of escalating the query to senior staff in case you feel that you would need additional help or support or your request needs immediately attention.

All work is divided into mile stones and each mile stone delivery is met and a acceptance sign off is asked.

On completion of the work, all the source code and creative are sent over after full sign off. It's your work and we like to give you complete ownership of that.
